Surja is very communicative and helpful. I called and explained our situation that we needed a notary to come to the hospital for an update of life insurance beneficiary form and a will and she said was readily available to come at any time, and to just let her know at least 30 minutes ahead of time. She followed up with me the next day, and I texted her a couple of questions because I was unsure of what our schedule would be. She kept in touch with me, and finally when we were ready she arrived on-time and was helpful and understanding when we had to find an additional witness last minute.
