24/27 Grill

My first time at this diner and it will not be my last! This is one of the last restaurants where the waitress takes your order at your table. I ordered the grilled chicken tips with pepper and onions with sweet potato fries and corn nuggets. Wow! I took my time and ate it all. The cook came out to ask how the food was. The waitress gave excellent service. The atmosphere with the music playlist had me eating and moving. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I highly recommend going here. Excellent food, and service! Best place to eat in Albemarle!

I had the double cheeseburger meal, it was so good that my husband had to get one to take home. George the cook, and the waitress was a delight to converse with. Another delicious meal- hamburger steak today.

Food was wonderful! The waiter made a mistake and didn't send our order to the cook so our food was taking longer but the waiter and the cook (I think is the owner) apologized. I will go back. Love the home style cooking.

We went 9/5/25, very unhappy, Mac n cheese was dry, green beans had no taste, we ordered loaded cheese fries for an appetizer and they brought us fries with melted cheese, I asked what made that loaded? They took it back summed chili on it and couple small pieces of bacon, I ordered a 12oz ribeye ($23.ish) very thin, they asked if I wanted sauce for my steak and I said no, but now I know why they asked, steak had NO flavor, for $60.00 it was a complete waste of money
