This was our second time visiting. I’ve had the wings both times (6 is plenty to split as an appetizer), and They were amazing! They’re big and being smoked and baked give them amazing flavor and texture! We’ve also had their pizza (great homemade taste in every bite) and two different burgers. Everything is amazing and filing. We brought left overs home to be another meal. If you’re in the area this is definitely the place to eat. Highly recommend!! We’ll be back, even with the 2h drive it is for us.

Run, don't walk! Holy cow what a GREAT meal I just had. Started with wings. They are good-sized so order appropriately. We grabbed a dozen but would have done better with half as many. They have the local co-op smoke their wings for them. They finish them in the oven and they are fantastic! Smoky, tender, slightly chewy and really amazing. Seriously a don't miss if you're someone who enjoys smoked food. For dinner I had their version of a patty melt. Great local beef that was seasoned well and cooked about mid-well. Served with a bunch of grilled onions and melted provolone on their house-made onion bread. A really great reminder of why I like burgers. Perfection! This place is so cool. It looks like a regular historic church from outside so you could easily drive by without knowing it’s a sports bar. Inside is an incredible mix of the original church and a new hang out bar/restaurant, they also have TVs to watch sports games. Decent selection of drinks including beer, wine and seltzers. We got some wings and they are some of the best wings I have ever had. They hand batter them and smoke them and have some delicious sauce options. We had a great time here, definitely worth visiting!

I had high hopes for this place. We came here on a Saturday for lunch. Service was terrible, it took 30 minutes to get our drinks,,,that is After we finally got waited on. I ordered the Chicken Strips basket...thought that would be an easy enough request. It took an additional 50 minutes to get and then the chicken strips were laughable. They should have been called chicken nuggets. You get 4 of them with the basket, for $16. I can't believe I didn't get a picture of them But they were a little bit bigger than a fifty cent piece. The meal was overpriced for what you got. I won't be coming back.

At 1894 I love the atmosphere and friendly servers. The special offered the evening I was there was a burger topped with a slice of prime rib and gravy. It was absolutely delicious. The cheese curds were great. An Arnold Palmer complemented my meal.
