1840 Inn on the Main Bed and Breakfast

The Inn was perfect for our getaway. The room we overnighted was perfect. The tub was an extra bonus. There are rooms to fit any need. The breakfast will not disappoint! I’d go back just for that! Eggs, omelette off the day, waffles, bacon, warm chocolate chip walnut bread and a roasted pear with dried apricot and a cardamom sauce. Simply delicious. I can’t say these options will be available on the day you stay but I am sure it will be delicious.

We had the best time staying here for the weekend! Our room was amazing with the jacuzzi tub and such cute decor. It was nice and clean also. The morning breakfast was delicious every day 😊. Adele and Meghan were so nice and kind. If we're ever back in the area we know where we will be staying!

An absolutely wonderful stay at 1840 Inn. The Inn and rooms are perfectly appointed and extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were superb. Adele is a perfect hostess, meeting our every wish including gluten free. The location is perfect to walk to the lake and to other sights. The rooms had everything you could think of you would need from beautiful linens to soaps and other amenities. The Inn was a wonderful place to relax with friends.

We stayed two nights to attend a local concert and visit sights around the Finger Lakes region. Our suite was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me! Breakfast, and the baked treats that magically appeared in the late afternoons were delicious. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful two nights! My best friend and I travelled to Canadaigua to see a concert. We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast and it was PERFECT. The breakfast was absolutely delicious (homemade) and the owner was so kind. Very relaxing, coffee was delicious and felt very personal. The decor is very charming and the location was 10 minute walk to town. We spent one afternoon at Willowbrook spa - which gives you access to the amenities at the Lakehouse. If you are looking for a home-like stay with personal touches but also want to relax at a pool/spa this is the perfect combination! Thank you Adele, we will be back!
