So I was leaving Martins grocery parking lot and headed into the O’reilly’s parking lot when I noticed a food truck that I had never seen before. So I figured I’d stop and ask what they were offering. I spoke with the owner who told me they were serving breakfast at the time. He then stated that lunch would be served starting at 11:00am. He also mentioned that he had traditional breakfast options, like pancakes, and a healthy beef bacon offering as well. I asked for a menu and he graciously handed me a one. But since it was earlier I said I’d stop by for lunch. So around lunchtime I phoned in an order for the Pizza-burger that they offered. When I arrived it was ready to go. While there I also had a pleasant conversation with the owner. And I regarded his story as an inspiration

We had the Philly cheesesteak loaded fries and hoagie. They were both knockouts! The peppers and onions were sautéed until caramelized and cooked with big hunks of STEAK. Yum YUM! And the owner/chef is dope. What a great dude. Tons of fun and tasty. Stop by whenever you see em!
