110 Grill Hanover

As a restaurant professional for over 15 years, I have never written a bad review. Here it is! My 4 year old and I dined at 5pm on 2/21 after playing at Ryan’s Amusement. Upon arrival we were immediately seated at a 4 top table at the front of the restaurant. Table was not set but menus arrived quickly. Server looked to have a 4 table section, and struggled to manage that. Looking around- the few guests that were there, all seemed to have no food, tables that were not pre bussed, or waiting to pay. Drinks arrived quickly, but then we weren’t acknowledged again for 45 minutes. Our drinks were empty with no offer to replenish, and appetizers arrived with the food at the 50 minute mark (tomato soup, kids burger, steak tips med rare). Jen and Amy were absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, they lit up the whole place and made us feel so welcome. Their energy and friendliness really set the tone for an amazing experience. And the food? Incredible. Every single bite was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a great experience at 110 Grill! Kara and Sondra were amazing. We stopped at the bar for a cocktail before moving into the dining room for dinner. Cocktails were perfect, food was great and the service was 5 star. It was our first time at the new location and we’ll definitely be back!

I came into 110 on Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend. She has a gluten allergy so that’s why we chose 110! Although the food did take longer than normal, our server Sondra kept us informed and made sure our drinks were full throughout. Her allergy was handled properly and we will be back again definitely! Drinks were bomb and so was the service 10/10

This was an unpleasant experience from start to finish. The service was disorganized, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing problems as they came up. The food was decent but wasn’t worth the time it took. We gave the restaurant plenty of time to make things right, but nothing improved. Our waitress was rude and combative, and her behavior was concerning. Despite the restaurant having more employees than patrons, it took an extremely long time just to place our order—and we had to repeat it multiple times because it was written down incorrectly. Drinks we ordered never arrived. Other tables were the ones complaining, and when issues were brought to the manager, the response was simply, “Well, I just got here,” which did nothing to resolve any of our situations.
