Zämbies Pizza

Open door, open window vibe, very NoDa. After five years of living here, I think I finally found the best pizza so far at Zambies Pizza and I'm definitely a pizza snob. I got the Padroni and my wife got the Sleeping Beauty. Flavor on top of flavor. Seriously just flavor the whole way through. Every bite had something going on and it all worked. Warm, balanced, and the kind of flavor that makes you slow down and actually enjoy it. Best part for me was the crust. It's almost like finishing with a breadstick, which added even more flavor for me. My wife didn't love the crust, but I was all about it. If you're looking for real flavor and a legit pizza spot in Charlotte, this is it.

Heard about this place from Chimetime on IG and marked it down as must try. So glad because the slices here are amazing. They are HUGE and I ordered two mainly to try two different kinds (pepperoni and the buffalo chicken) but could easily eat just one and be happy. Both were great but the buffalo chicken was even more outstanding. 10/10 would def recommend. Only thing is not much seating inside & parking in Noda is, well terrible (not their fault) so be prepared to take out probably.

I found Zambies Pizza through TikTok and decided to check it out - it’s right in the heart of NoDa and was bustling even at 11pm. They’ve got a great variety for both veggie and meat lovers. I don’t eat pork, so I went with the buffalo chicken pizza and the mushroom special. The slices were huge and packed with flavor. The chicken was definitely my favorite - juicy, spicy, and perfectly balanced. Great spot for a quick, satisfying bite if you’re out exploring NoDa!

Wow, this place is really good!! We had to check it out after my wife saw it on TikTok and it’s been all over my pizza Facebook pizza groups. Definitely lived up to the hype for us! Big slices for between $6.75-7.75. They also have some cool T shirts for $35 and you get a free slice with a T shirt purchase! They have 8 stools to sit at. I can’t even imagine how busy this place must get when the bars are closing down.

Great place for a late night slice. Zambies has extra large slices. Cheese Slice: Score 7.6 Crust 7.5. (Very Glutinous and Chewy) Under carriage 8 Taste 7. Sauce 7, Cheese 8 Extra Dip Sauce: Ranch was 7.4
