Tried Zoup for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! I had the Cali chicken sandwich and buffalo chicken mac n cheese — both were delicious, honestly felt like an upgraded version of Panera with food that actually hits the spot. At first, they brought me the plain mac n cheese by mistake, but as soon as I mentioned it, they immediately replaced it with the buffalo chicken one, no hassle at all. Loved the quick, attentive service along with the great food. Definitely worth a visit!

The service was amazing! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The soup was hot and delicious. The Mac and cheese was good.

The food here is yummy, not out of the park but solid for lunch here and there. The staff is mostly very kind but there is an older woman who is very dismissive and bordering rude every time I come in. I would also recommend to the owners that you call out the names of mobile orders since in my time in the restaurant I noticed they only call out people dining in. When I arrived they asked what I needed and for my name, so I told them I was here for a mobile and gave them my name. They told me it wasn’t ready and to sit down which I did without argument cuz I thought it might not be ready. But after sitting down for 10 minutes the older lady looks at me and asks what I’m waiting for, just to pick up my order that had been sitting on the counter, and it had been there for quite some time.

Tiny sandwiches for insane cost. Don’t label anything so if you got a few soups good luck figuring that out. Didn’t have the pepperoni flatbread so they sent me this sad sandwich instead.

I ordered the 2 for. I got soup and a “turkey sandwich “ one thin tiny piece of turkey on my sandwich what a joke.
