Zorro's Pizza & Bakery -- Ventnor City

Zorro’s is easily my favorite neighborhood pizzeria, and they have no business being this good. The dough alone makes every pizza unforgettable, and the fact that they stay open late is a lifesaver. Their fresh baked cookies, croissants, and brookies are incredible, and the entrees hold their own with dishes like pasta primavera with chicken and a chicken parm that is packed to the top. The strombolis and everything else they make are always phenomenal, and if you order close to closing time, tip well, and treat them right, they often surprise you with extra goodies. Seriously excellent food made by genuinely great people.

I asked for Italian hoagie with oil and vinegar on the side. I received a hoagie with creamy Italian salad dressing on the sandwich. When i went back they could not communicate well enough in english to understand my issue. The bruschetta pizza used to be great but they cut the amount of cheese to a third of that it was a couple months ago. Not worth the premium price they charge.

They have come a really long way in just a year. The pizza rivals any pizza place on the island that calls themselves the best. The cheesesteaks are also a must try here. My personal favorites are the Nutella croissants and the ricotta croissants. They have a variety of bake goods during the day, from croissants to loaves of bread and even cookies. The staff is excellent and it is a nice cozy place to eat in the summertime. Stop by and try it for yourselves!!!

I thought they were a local pizza place, however I've been hearing about Zorros pastries for quite a few months now. Absolutely AMAZING! Croissant was to die for and she gave me an additional pastry (on the house)... I believe it was an apple/cinnamon pastry. SO good.))

Ordered a margarita Sicilian pizza for delivery, this place is amazing. One of the best pizza’s my family and I have had! The dough is airy and you can taste the fresh ingredients. Great place. Worth the price!
