A short walk from my hotel are authentic Dutch treats, what a wonderful surprise! Thirza was very accommodating with my travel schedule and had my order ready in beautiful, gift-able wrappings. The almond cookies and stroopwaffles were delicious, fresh and picture perfect. The boterkoek…oh my goodness, my new addiction! The chewy golden corners, the melt in your mouth buttery center, just incredible. I’ll have to order more next time I’m in town, Dankjewel!

WOW. Just wow! My mom loves carrot cake, so we got her one for her birthday. Everyone loved it, including me (and I don't like carrot cake). It was soooo moist and honestly not too sweet, which is how my mom likes it. My mom is Japanese, and they don't over sweeten things, so she was super excited and thought it was perfection. She said it was the best she's had, and she's picky with her sweets. We've tried all of the bakeries from JL Patisserie to chains/Nothing Bundt Cake, and this place has the best carrot cake! I was nervous cause we were told to keep it in the fridge, but it maintained its moisture! No one left the party disappointed. Thirza added a Happy Birthday logo also. She was pleasant from start to finish and communicated right away via text. I can't wait to try more things

The Dutch Apple Tart is really good. It's rare to find a from scratch baker doing authentic recipes. I can't wait to try the stroopwaffles!
