Very nice family operation. Away from the crowd. Still on the water, if you want to fish. Plus they have a lot of seafood options for sale.

Took a chance on ZIRLOTT'S since there were few reviews and pictures online. We were staying on Dauphin Island and Skinners is closed on Monday/Tuesday and the idea of losing 2 days of gorging on Gulf seafood at our rental was an abhorrent thought. It was a short 20 minute drive from the island and easy enough to find. The small road that leads off the main highway ends at their property and there was a sign posted at the open gate to call first for the retail store before coming. This was understandable because the property has homes for the family on it as well and I would not want a bunch of tourists wandering around in cars where my kids play either. Regardless I called and they answered immediately letting me know where the store was once you passed the gate and were super friend

A great local experience. The ladies working at the stand were friendly and even gave us a demo on processing blue crabs. We got lump crab, claws, stuffed crabs, and some frozen shrimp. Everything tasted great, excellent quality, very fresh.

The nicest people and some of the freshest Gulf seafood around. We bought tons of it to bring back to California with us. The gumbo is great. Haven't tried the bisque yet, but we will soon. It was all deep-frozen and packed well. It made the trip (with the help of some dry ice) just fine. And we bonded over watching old westerns on MeTV.

We came across your company by accident, except I don’t think things happen by accident! We found a place close to where we were staying and it smelled so badly when we pulled in. We searched… and we found your lovely company. You treated us like family. You treated our daughters, who came back for more, like family. You shipped shrimp and crab fingers to my parents like they were family. We will be back. And maybe we’ll even book that beautiful home you rent out too! Thank you for sharing with us what your parents started and thank you for offering clean, fresh, delicious seafood for us to enjoy when home!
