I have been going to this place since it first opened in 2008. The food was amazing for the first couple of years. I have great memories of this place and felt very attached to it for a long time as a regular customer. I would dine at least 2-3 times a week. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore. The portions are so small and the quality is not there anymore. The hired help does not seem to appreciate customers anymore. The cook seems to have an attitude and looks bothered all the time. It's sad how much this beloved place has changed. I hope the owner does something about it.

The small restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They prepare Italian cuisine. I ordered the brick oven pizza rustica. It was a thin crust pizza and included ham, eggplant and artichoke toppings. The pizza was small and good. The calamari fritti is fried with marinara sauce. The panino con pollo is a panini with grilled chicken, mozzarella and roasted peppers. It was very good with a generous portion of chicken. Friendly and helpful staff.

Love coming here. Foods great, attentive staff and reasonable portions. For me consistency has been great which is important to a good restaurant.

This place is in rapid decline. Last night's food was elevated in price, shrunken in size and cheap materials were used. The appetizers were shrunken, all of them and the calamari was cold on arrival. My Marsala formerly had mashed potatoes and a vegetable with it. Last night the chicken was tough and small, and the side was a small bowl of overcooked Ziti floating in chicken broth. Plus they got one of four entrees wrong and the three of us sat and our food got cold while we waited for them to prepare the correct entree. We stayed away for a while prior to last night because the last time the waiter got my wife's order wrong and was combative about it. The absurd thing, what was given to her is something she would never order and dislikes. Yet the waiter argued on and on and tried to get

You know, some items on the menu aren’t that good, but it’s a warm and friendly place. Clearly they have regulars who go and enjoy what they like. I’m more of an occasional visitor, for many years. The fried calamari couldn’t be better, the pizzas are solid. Along with a salad and glass of wine, I’m happy. Don’t expect fine dining. The complimentary spicy olives and bread are a welcome treat. I’m a loyal, local fan in a neighborhood with so many mediocre restaurants I rarely eat out.
