⭐2 Star Disappointed Experience During a Meaningful Family Visit I’m visiting Cedar Rapids from Arizona to spend time with my goddaughters before traveling to the Philippines — nearly 8,000 miles away. This is going to be our last family meals together until June 2026. I arrived about 20 minutes ahead of my family (our party included two adults and three kids — ages 6, 3 & 1) and told the cashier I was waiting for them so we could dine in. After placing and paying for a $80 order, I was told we couldn’t dine in because only certain menu items are allowed for dine-in. That would’ve been fine if someone had mentioned it before I ordered. I should have been put on alert when at lunchtime this place was nearly empty. I had the Chicken Alfredo with Garlic bread. Sauce was watery and without flavor. The noodles were ok. Bread was best part of meal.

I got zio Johnos tonight craved that ravioli sauce. Man their getting ridiculous. I used to always get a tub and a garlic bread boat. Tonight they wanted $45 for 1/2 gal and a bread! So I just got the dinner to go... Opened it up and half full. They also dont include drink and salad in the dinner now and it was $14. Not coming back.

My boyfriend and I just ate here and we ordered Tortellini and Chicken Alfredo. I am not one to complain but this was awful. The Tortellini was cold like refrigerator cold in the center, I asked them to re-heat it and they gave me a new plate instead and it was lukewarm at minimum, ontop of this was very watery (like you can see water) tasteless sauce, salt and pepper and parmesan cheese didn’t help. So disappointing. His chicken Alfredo was warm but chicken was rubbery and appeared to be reheated chicken and the sauce was watery and tasteless as well. We waited less than 5 minutes until our complete meal was brought out to us. Amazing experience with very kind service. Our server offered to keep our entree warm while we enjoyed our appetizers. The portions were very large and delicious. We were able to enjoy our meal and have plenty to take home for lunch. The staff was very kind and courteous about ensuring we enjoyed the experience. The price for our entrees, delicious garlic bread, and four different appetizers on a platter was so amazing. We will be back soon and will be bringing our friends.
