I came across this BBQ place at the Ephrata Fair 2025 for the first time. I decided to try the loaded nachos which had pulled pork on them cheese, olives, jalapeños, and sour cream. The pulled pork was so tender it melted in your mouth! I came back the next day and got their smoked loaded mac and cheese! It didn’t disappoint! Here is a picture of the mac and cheese!

Zimmerings never disappoints! Their brisket and pulled pork is always full of flavor. You'll want to stop if you see they're at an event!
best brisket around pulled pork and BBQ chicken if you have any opportunity try it u will not be disappointed.
I had their pulled pork nachos at the Ephrata Fair and by far they were the best ones I have ever had. The employees were very nice and I would definitely recommend it.
