Stopped by this food truck and tried the Papas Locas with al pastor and they were seriously so good. It’s basically a baked potato loaded with juicy al pastor, melted cheese, guacamole, salsa, and fresh pico de gallo. Everything worked really well together super flavorful, filling, and comforting. The portions were generous and the flavors were on point. On top of that, the guy running the truck was really friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending.
