Zeppe's Italian Ice - Springville

I wanted to give a bad review because we waited for 15 minutes to get to order and waited another 30 minutes to get our order but gosh this stuff is so darn good I can’t leave a bad review. Smooth, I mean so smooth, thick, perfection. Perfect size. Good price. Nice kids at the counter. Lots of seating. We’ll be coming back to get a treat with the whole family next time.

Im assuming we talked to the owner, he was the NICEST guy. Gave us several free samples, helped us understand their offerings, checked on us a few times (he may or may not have brought an extra goodie). The italian ice was super yummy, Im not one for slushies or icees or whatever but these were really good!! Will be going back

Came here tonight and I couldn't say enough nice things. The service was incredibly fast and the ice cream was delicious. My family and I will be back! Thank you.

Love Zeppe’s in Springville! I’ve tried their custard, concretes, and dole whip, and they’ve all been fantastic. The custard is super smooth and creamy - its some of the best I've had, especially with their monthly flavor rotation. The dole whip is refreshing and not too heavy. The staff is always friendly and hardworking. Great spot here in springville

The Manager and the evening shift manager were awesome and provided fantastic service. The quality of the contents of the Concrete custard desserts was top notch. I'll be back for sure.
