Zeppe's Italian Ice - Harrisville

The water ice and custard are both really good and definitely the highlight here. Unfortunately, the drive-thru layout feels poorly designed and seems like an accident waiting to happen. The service was also extremely slow, with about one order coming out every five minutes. There didn’t seem to be much urgency from the staff, which made the wait even more frustrating. Overall, I’d give it three stars for the quality of the desserts, but only one star when it comes to the service experience.

I ordered dole whip at this location and look what I got!!! See pics, NOT COOL ! THAT IS NOT DOLE WHIP. I spoke with the ladies behind the counter and asked why I was given Italian Ice they swore up and down that's how dole whip looks!!! Nope, dole whip is supposed to look creamy. I had to drive to the Riverdale location and get the real thing!! Don't go to this location!!! Head to Riverdale, they will treat you well and give you what you ordered. See the bright yellow!! Dole Whip should not look that way. The light yellow creamy is the real deal Dole Whip from the location in Riverdale

This place is so quaint and has a nostalgic atmosphere. A very tasty treat with amazing flavors! The Italian Ice is a perfect treat to cool down with during the hot summer days. They have a few picnic tables in the back field and up front. They also offer drive thru ordering. Fun and enjoyable for everyone.

My all-time favorite ice cream "parlor." I tend to get the Dole Whip with Sunset Splash. It's like being back in Hawaii! The kids love to be able to pick different flavor options and in kid's size.

I love this location and have never had a problem here. I visited the riverdale one tonight and got a gelato shake that wasn't mixed well, and had a gritty texture. Went to this Harrisville one and the server made sure it was mixed well for me and it was delicious! You can see the difference in the photo
