Zebee Fish Market & Seafood Resturant

My friend went here to get me a catfish dinner. I specifically called and asked is it real catfish, the gentleman said yes. My friend comes back with my food and instantly I noticed it was swai fish. I called back and let them know I knew it was swai and I didn't want it. My friend took it back and returned with catfish (one piece that's cut into 3 strips). As I'm eating the fish I noticed a piece of hair sticking out of it, like actually cooked into the fish smh. I will never go back and would encourage anyone that does to make sure you know what you're getting and paying for. Clearly they charge you for catfish but serve you swai which is very similar. But if you know your food, you'll know swai fish is less flakey / thinner than catfish, the meat is a very soft texture almost like mush.

The perch was cooked to perfection and was fresh. The price point was good and they have lunch and dinner meals and combos with a drink included. They were out of coleslaw when I went, but they have other side options available. The fries were crispy and seasoned pretty well. The wait time is a little on the longer side, so I would recommend calling in and ordering ahead. The customer service was great. Definitely one of the best spots for fish in Detroit.

Horrible service. We placed an order on Wednesday afternoon for Thursday at 12:00 noon. I got there at 12:05 PM and was informed that my order would not be ready until 12:30 PM. Then they charged me $5 for using a credit card to pay for the order. I asked were they going to discount the order and he said he would give me a $10 discount with the c.c. fee of $5. You do the math what was the discount. Never again will I go to this place again. Standing in the lobby Stemming Mad!!!!!!😠😡🤯

I paid $117 for 2 oily flavorless seafood boil that I waited a hour and a half for. Very disappointed. Never going back. I suggest you order your food hours before you really want it it might be ready when you get there.
