This Cuban-American spot is hands down one of the best! The food is always fresh and delicious, and their coffee is absolutely amazing—never disappoints. What makes the experience even better is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming every time I come in. I especially want to mention Sandra, Yaile, Maria, Yurquemi, and Camila—they always greet me with a smile and make my coffee just the way I like it, there's many more specifically the kitchen staff but I can't remember all of them, they're all very nice and helpful . We visited Zaza Cuban Comfort Food on a Thursday at noon for lunch and had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, Yordanka greeted us with a warm smile and was so helpful guiding us through the kiosk ordering system. The kiosk is very user-friendly, and I loved that it includes photos of the dishes, which it makes choosing so much easier. I ordered the chicken empanada with cubaioli sauce, a side salad, and a café con leche. My cousin had the chicken bowl and a café con leche as well. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was inviting, with Spanish music playing in the background, which added to the overall experience. Food is great and coffee is excellent! The service is like arriving at a family’s place, always with a smile and very efficient. Can’t say enough good things about Zaza glad they are throughout central Florida and I can easily commute to any of their places. Staff is amazing, and the Altamonte location is my favorite for the best coffee and service. Love them!!

Their Cuban sandwich is perfectly pressed, the rice and beans are seasoned just right, and the plantains are always cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. You can tell they take pride in what they do — every meal feels homemade. It’s a great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, whether you’re dining in or grabbing something quick to go. If you’re in the Altamonte area and craving real Cuban comfort food, Zaza’s is a must-visit!

Joska is an amazing staff member! Super friendly and very accommodating and made us smile and want to come back here. The food is amazing as always and made to order. The flavors are so well balanced and all compliment each other. The new refreshed remodel of the place created an inviting atmosphere making it feel new, clean, and a taste of Cuba.
