Look, I know we can’t control bugs but I was disappointed after paying $15 bucks for an iceless frozen lemonade and a salad that had this right on top.. now I get no lunch today…..

Made a mobile order only person in the drive thru all they said was pull to the white line and i sat there for over 20 mins waiting on my order that wasnt even that big 2 sandwiches and 2 grilled cheeses. Food wasnt super cold but i definitely wasnt warm. No one was rude but come on be a little quicker 4 people got there stuff before mine.

Please don’t eat at this place. I came around 8:00pm. I ate inside and as I was placing my order I heard 2 women cursing and yelling rap music with explicit language. When I received my food it was cold and had hair in it. I told the manager about it and she just shrugged and said there was nothing she could do about it. This place is very disgusting. Eat at your own risk!!!

I come to this Zaxbys about 2 times a week , and every single time the food and service is great . Especially when one of the cashiers named TWYLAA is working she greets me every single time with a big smile , and is just super nice makes sure i have everything I need , she brightens up my day every time .

Update: Its been about a year since I last ate here due to a bad experience...the staff is friendlier than the last crew but the food hasnt gotten any better. Its honestly disappointing that I cant even get a proper salad. My son's French fries were beyond over cooked with warm toast and chicken after being parked and waiting for our food.
