Was in line for 20 minutes straight with the same cars that were there way before me, worst zaxby chain I’ve ever been to hands down, replace the workers please
Waited 45 min for a mobile order. Was told they prioritize drive thru over mobile orders. Had at least 5 people who came in after me get their order before me. Asked for my drinks to be new since they had been fixed prior to my arrival and was handed empty cups.
This is the absolute worst Zaxbys I’ve ever gotten food from. Ordered two boneless wing meals and everything was cold. The fries were barely even cooked. Like How do you mess up French fries? Seriously so mad I wasted my money on inedible food.
I am so freaking tired of getting sub standard food at restaurants. Ordered boneless chicken wings with coleslaw, got cold wings and fries. Bread was cold and fries. Now days if u complain, all they do is microwave. Can't get good food anywhere.
Haven't been to the one in union I went to the one on Hillcrest in Spartanburg got some good grilled chicken sandwiches over all it's a great place to eat at if you want chicken
