Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The staff were courteous and the food was enjoyable, but the portion size was a major letdown. I ordered this based on the advertisement, but I felt immediate regret upon opening the box. The actual serving was so significantly different from the promotional photo that it felt like misleading advertising. It's a shame because everything else was great.

I'll probably come to this Zaxby's a little too often but that's because they are consistently doing what they are supposed to do. Hot, fresh, food without waiting too long. The employees here always treat me with such care and they remember my name and they remember my order and they have such pleasant demeanors. Whoever trained this staff did a good job. There are quite a few people there who take care of me, but here is a small list of people I'm able to name but there are definitely more! Mrs Edna, TY, Candice, Old School, Talisia and Sayoni! All fantastic parts to the whole piece of this Zaxby's establishment!!

My first time having Zaxby's and it's some of the best chicken I've had from a fast casual restaurant. Honey mustard doesn't have enough honey flavour for me but I honestly don't need sauce because the chicken is that good.

Everything was so fresh and delicious! Every other zaxbys I've tried has served me either cold or over cooked (dry) chicken. I was afraid to try the dry rub because the sauce is normally the only moisture the chicken has. But I tried the lemon pepper dry rub on my wings and things combo and it was AMAZING! We will definitely be back! I drive past 2 zaxbys to come to this one! Please keep up the Great work!

I was waited on by an employee named Leslie. He made sure my order was correct, had pleasant conversation with me and was upbeat and loving his job! Great job and location! Will definitely be back!
