Drove 15 mins for $30 for two salads, a side of fries, and a drink. Received no dressing. Called to asked for a refund for the two salads because…. Who eats a salad without dressing? I mean, just yuck. And was told not unless we drive back and bring them the salad. Sorry, won’t be wasting gas money on that. I review often and try not to leave bad reviews but this one was absurd for the price. Very disappointed in the customer service and really was an easy fix on their behalf. As a business owner myself, I would never. Unfortunately the difference between a large and small company, large companies can afford to take advantage of their customers.
Stop by for a quick lunch and Trish’s customer service was incredible! She was so helpful when it came to my order being incorrect! She even checked on us later to make sure everything was good!
Service was great with Trish. She checked on how our food was and then came back to check on us. Trish was exceptional. Friendly and professional.
The staff at this location are always super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and the food tastes great and is served quickly- both in the restaurant and the drive thru. My family and I really enjoy the chicken tenders and the Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich.
We always have a great experience at this Zaxby’s - whether driving thru or dining in. When we do dine in, we love seeing Trish! She is so friendly and helpful.
