Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Update: NO Chicken was in my meal .Zaxbys cant even read my review properly so it makes sense that the workers are careless . I don’t usually write reviews, but this was ridiculous. I ordered a kid’s meal from Zaxby’s and literally got TEN fries. Not even a quarter of what should’ve come with the meal. I didn’t pay for scraps—I paid for a full meal. The young guys working there seriously need to step it up. Pay attention to what you’re doing. People spend their hard-earned money and expect to get what they paid for. Do better.

Absolute great location. One of the best I've been to so far. They always get my order right, they're super friendly, they don't rush you, and all around great attitude and atmosphere here at this location. They seem like a nice big family with the way the staff is here. Thanks again, will keep coming back!

I get it—sometimes you're just tired. But to avoid helping and wait for the store to close without assisting at all is very unprofessional. Growing up, I hated working at McDonald's, so I quit, but I was never unprofessional to customers. These kids just don't want to work.

Driving through stopped at Zaxby’s. I had a chicken finger meal. It was good. We also met a young lady named Shalon. She had great customer service her nice personality that stood out. If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely stop by again. Clean restaurant and a nice atmosphere for a fast food restaurant.

I paid for a large order of French fries with my meal . The amount of fries in the meal box is the size of a regular. I get a large all the time so I know the amount I should have . They insisted that it was a large so I paid for an additional order of fries and what I got is in the small box. As you can see, there’s literally the same amount of fries in the small box that there is in the meal box. There are no extra fries under the chicken either. FYI . It’s just that corner. I placed both sets of fries on 2 plates at home for a better visual. There should be a CLEAR difference between a regular size and a large size because there is a price difference. Will not return to this location again. If you pay extra for something, you should get it. Without having to spend ADDITIONAL money just
