Food is good. Speaker through drive through must have been giving the cashier issues. It was hard for her to hear when ordering.
I used the drive through to order dinner, but when I got home I realized I didn't get the full order. I returned to the restaurant and explained the issue. Zaxby's gave me the missing food but when I asked for recompense (chicken or fries)for the cold food, the manager said no but I can give you a cookie. Really? I spent an extra 45 minutes trying to get dinner due to Zaxby's poor service. Poor customer service!
The seasoned fries are very good. Chicken tenders are juicy and well cooked. I enjoyed it. I suggest refilling the coke machine with flavors though. Very limited drink choices.
The food was okay, though the chicken tender portions have gotten noticeably smaller. Drink tasted off. Staff was friendly. Dining room was very cold (everyone kept their coats on) and the bathroom needed some attention.
We could tell the cashier was new, but she did great. Food was quick and very good. They did forget the bacon on my salad but quickly corrected it.
