Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered the surf and turf meal so I could have shrimp and chicken tenders. This is what they put in the box. Barely any fries and 3 tiny tenders that should only belong in a kids meal. Thanks a lot Zaxbys. Now I’m out $13 and still hungry.

Food was good and enjoyable tasted fresh and the eggroll was still hot, came around 4 and got food relatively quick. Cannot say the same for the experience with cashier Bella. Taking my order through the drive through she cut me off several times to ask if that was all/I needed anything else, even though I wasn’t done speaking. I ordered a fried Zenzation Zalad, and she repeated the order back to me incorrectly three times naming different Zalads, twice while taking my order and again when I paid. She seemed very displeased to be bothered with the task of taking my order, I usually wouldn’t comment on something like this because everyone has bad days, but her tone of voice and shutting the window aggressively made me uncomfortable as a customer, like she was trying to get me out as soon as

Food was very good! Although my expirence at the drive thru was not! The gentleman taking orders was SO RUDE I believe his name was Connor. The moment you pull up you can tell he’s automatically annoyed. The tone and the attitude in every word he speaks. If you don’t like your job then just say that, but you didn’t have too because everyone can tell? 😂 I rolled my window down to see if he did it to anyone behind me and he sure did. EVERY SINGLE ONE. If you don’t enjoy your job then choose another profession. Working with costumers is not for everyone. And after the crappy attitude, I was handed a drink where the lid was not completely on and there was soda on all sides so I appreciate that thank you

I recently decided to try this location because I’m such a fan of Zaxbys. I was met with two very unpleasant individuals in the drive thru. I was practically scolded for not stopping at the first window long enough to present payment. Confused that the first window attendant completely ignored me so I proceeded to the second window. Emily made a fuss and rolled her eyes at me. I can’t recall the last time I was treated this bad at a drive thru. If they had been busy I would’ve almost excused it and went on my way, but they were not. The thought that they may have even done something to my food also ran through my mind. Of course, my food was cold and terrible. Emily even rudely refused to give me the drink I ordered when I asked for it. I had to produce my receipt to show her. I hope manag

Food is all right. It was fresh and hot. Should ask for extra sauce. Food was made in an acceptable amount of time at. We dine-in, but the drive-thru line didn't seem terribly long, either. Overall a positive experience. Note: they serve Coke products.
