Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went to the Morehead City location for a sit down lunch @ 12:06pm. Long line to order with only 1 cashier who was painfully slow. After 20 minutes waiting to order and to get my food it was horrible. The Big ZaxSnak was not big at all, chicken fingers were smaller than the French Fries and my Texas toast was Texas Wonder Bread! Looked like it was run over by a car. Please avoid this location better choices are available.

My food sucked!! I got egg rolls and funnel cake all the burnt up I’m attaching pictures so you can see they had a funny taste like old oil and like hot pepper Thai heat. You came so either just nasty in the kitchen or dirty but I called the manager, and she did nothing for me made more excuses than anything said the oil was fresh, so they probably weren’t burnt that’s how they come out. Funnel cakes are supposed to be totally crisp like a puzzle no powdered sugar on it and taste like hot pepper you eat it so my money ended up wasted but I’m sending same pictures into the head office and tell them of my conversation people need to wake up. We have heard forever that we need to stop at Zaxby’s. The chicken sandwich was very tasty and better than any other fast food chicken place we have been to. The fries were good and the cookies were very yummy! Prices are reasonable and service was friendly. We would definitely stop here again if we are traveling!

Chicken was super chewy like it wasn’t really meat, told them to fix an item on the screen and was told they made what we wanted so they wouldn’t have to fix it for receipt sake, and then they decided it was okay to keep our change and rush us out of the drive thru for their times…. If you don’t want them to picket your money give them exact change when paying for your food…

Wish I could give a zero. The wings were washed with water to remove the sauce when asked for dry rub. The wings were cold. The fries cold. Disgusting.
