Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I recently called in my order to ask for a special request and the young lady who answered on 1/17/26 @ about 5:15pm was extremely helpful. I did not record her name which is my mistake, nevertheless she went out of her way to assist me and to ensure i got what i needed. Im very thankful to her for the great service ! Thank you to the staff and specifically to the madam who assisted me.

Food is always hot and made to order. Nice renovations as well but the light outside is partially off . Great service and James is phenomenal at making you feel welcomed

Thankfully someone was able to step in and in a round about way apologize for another (female) employee. This was shocking because this location has been great despite the number of staff standing around. There is a young African american guy there in the drive thru that is always polite and professional. I always ask for fresh hot fries and they get it right every time.

Came here on new year's eve. Manager james (incredible guy) and all the staff was on top of it! My order got mixed up (they were so busy I don't blame them) and they made up for it quickly. Even when incredibly busy the staff don't rush you and are there if you need anything. Food was great. Fries seasoned well and chicken tasted good. Wished I lived in Georgia to be able to come here more often

I had order the grilled chicken sandwich with ranch cheese buffalo no lettuce and no tomato. When I received it, it had lettuce. Had it for dining not for a to-go order. So i was okay with waiting no rush. Okay no biggie...so i asked to be returned and asked for it to be re-made. After i received it (remind you they had the while box to) it looks normal but it did looked less saucy than it did the first time I got it. But whatever. Gave me cookies to make up for it. Still really appreciate it :) The issue was. After a couple bite in. I happen to realize there was a little lettuce in it. As if it wasn’t remade. Like someone dug their hand into it to wipe the lettuce off. That was my issue. I ordered it at 8:43 for dine in probably received the food maybe 7 minutes afterwards, and I also d
