Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I haven’t had Zaxby’s in so long! Today I came in so excited to be back in here. The cashier exceeded my expectations! She was so kind & helpful. I cannot express enough how great she made my experience. I believe her name tag said Cheyenne. Please tell her I said thank you & that I will definitely be back!

First few door is broken and I thought the restaurant was closed and was about to leave then I pulled it open. I told the cashier and she laughed about it. Meanwhile I went and opened the door for 5 to 6 customers who were leaving. Fix your door ASAP would be my advice. We got our food quick, it was hot and very tasty but the table, booths and dining room was dirty! The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. You've got a few tweaks to get up to Zaxby's standard and I'm pulling for ya!

As a newly opened location, I expected a much better experience. We visited the Zaxby’s in Jonesborough, TN on December 26 at approximately 2:16 PM. The restaurant was not very busy, yet the floors were noticeably dirty. There were around ten employees standing around, and overall cleanliness and employee appearance were lacking. When ordering, I asked for my usual Great 8 boneless wing meal and was told, very bluntly, that “we don’t have that at this location” and that they were “a different district and a different franchise.” I ordered something else, but later checked the Zaxby’s app and saw that the Great 8 is listed as available at this location, which was frustrating. I had never had a problem with this store but today was one of my worst experiences. I ordered my food at 11:56 and it was 12:26 I still had not received my order. I ordered the Cobb salad but they gave me the house salad. I ate the house salad anyway which tasted good, because I didn’t want to wait anymore. The lobby was filled with mostly door dash orders and people who called ahead. It seemed to me the staff was cared more about getting those orders in instead of the customers who were in the dining area. The only thing I liked about the atmosphere was there was Christian music playing.

Everytime i have came here recently rude service and seems to be shorthanded. I am not coming back ever again. I ordered online and went to drive-thru and when i pulled up and got met with,” JUST A MOMENT!” With alot of attitude behind it. I sat there for a few minutes and still nothing finally i just left. Luckily it was a gift card i ordered with. I am never coming back here again. Everytime i come here it takes forever and it seems like they are always shorthanded. The food has always been good but lately just bad service. Then they sometimes are not friendly at the window. Everything is super expensive.
