Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Decided to try the lemon pepper wing and tenders. My wings were pretty dry and for my taste buds pallet not much lemon pepper seasoning😅😭. My fries had more seasoning than my wings. The tenders were tasty and fresh. I’d say if I go back I’d request a fresh batch of wings and maybe a cup of lemon pepper 😭😎 Recommend and will revisit

If you're in Hampton, VA, and looking for a quick, delicious meal, Zaxby’s is a good choice. They are located in a good area and the drive-thru line always seems to move quickly, which is a plus when you're in a hurry. The customer service is always good. I can honestly say I've never had a problem with the employees at the drive through window—very friendly and kind. I’ve ordered food through the drive-thru several times, and I’ve never really had any major issues with my food. The food is always on point, although I do feel the prices are a bit high for fast food. Still, it’s hard to complain when the quality of the food is really good. Just came through the drive-through and the lady got mad at me for taking my time to figure out what I’m gonna order as if I don’t deserve time to think about what I’m going to eat and pay for it with my money. So y’all staff need to fix your attitudes. Nobody wants yall bad vibes on they food!

1-28-2025 3:20pm I arrived at the drive-through and said hello to place an order. There was no response at first. When I said hello , I was told to “hold on.” I waited about eight minutes, then asked if I could order please because I was on my work break. I was told “ I said hold on” so I waited several more minutes. After waiting a total of about 12 minutes, I drove up to the window assuming they may not have heard me. At the window, a Black woman and two Hispanic girls were present. One of the girls stated, “I told her to hold on,” and the woman at the window said I could not order there and needed to go back around. This has to be the most poorly ran place ever. I go in Sunday, they mess my order up and let it sit for about 40 minutes while I was waiting in curbside pickup. I go inside to get my food and all I get is attitude from an older lady. I speak the the GM on the phone, she tells me to come back one of these days and they will make it up to me and remake my order. So I go back today and see if they can redeem themselves, but sadly they didn't. They again mess up my order. First they cover my chicken tenders in sauce, when I had chosen the option to dip. So I get home to soggy chicken tenders. Then my salad once again is messes up. I asked for double egg and double cucumbers, and I got zero of both. I just got a sad looking salad. It's just horrible. They messed up my lunch and dinner two day
