Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Service is great but the quality of the food is progressively getting worse. Check your order before you leave the drive-thru or you'll end up with food like this.

Had an issue with an incorrect order. Called and spoke with Manager Melissa P and got the issue resolved quickly. She was apologetic and understood and made it right. Best zaxbys in the area hands down!!

Don’t expect fast service with a carry out order, I waited 27 minutes for a 6 piece tenders meal. I got several apologies but this must be a rather common occurrence when customers walk in and ask how long have you been waiting then when they find out they leave. Employees seemed confused and overwhelmed when more customers started to come in. No issues with temperature or quality of food though.

Edit on June 21 2025. Same good hot food and great service. I'm loving the crew here. Thanks to jovon for making my experience better. Another great visit on 03/28/24!!! Customer service is great and the food was served hot, fresh, and plenty full.

Got the Cobb Salad, which is always good. Service was pretty quick but staff was deep into their own conversation about something so not much of an interaction there.
