Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered online and went inside to pick it up. Sat inside for 25 minutes before my food was ready. The milkshake I ordered had already been made and was sitting there for 20 minutes before the rest of my food was ready. I can understand the wait, but why would you make the milkshake and just have it melting for 20 minutes before the rest of the food is ready?

This my 1st time coming to this location, the staff was friendly but the food and drinks was disappointing. I got the loaded fries and there is huge chunks of chicken, no ranch, soggy fries. Milkshake taste like expired milk. Asked for zac sauce got ranch instead and got no straws with my drinks 😭😭 highly disappointed for spending $40 here

First time I went in it was very friendly. The waitress behind the counter was exceptional friendly. Great personality. Good with customers felt welcomed. And I went back a second time, and I had an individual, a male that waited on me. It was okay but could have had a little more training from the waitress that waited on me. The first time other than that, the food was good service was quick and it was on my way Saxby's is good.

I recently moved back home after living in Utah for 10 years and the first time I ate here it was such a nice place and the food was amazing. That was in April of 2025. Fast forward 4 months later. The food is getting progressively worse. The chicken is always old and dried out and the bread is usually hard and burnt. I went through the drive thru a few months ago and when I got home with my food, my chicken finger plate had a huge heaping of fries, burnt bread, and old chicken. I was missing my coleslaw. When I called to speak with the manager he was very nice and offered to replace my meal, but he informed me that they were out of coleslaw. I paid almost 15 dollars for a meal with coleslaw and they couldn’t even tell me that they were out of it. I don’t like to complain, but I feel like

DoorDashed from here. Out of shrimp for salad but swapped with chicken as an alternate and called to confirm this was ok. Forgot to include side and didn't provide utensils.
