Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Came in met the manager Misty. She was amazing. Told her how far I drove to get some Zaxby's. She made sure my food was hot and fresh. The sweet tea was very good as well. Just like the Zaxby's in Georgia. I order the wings and things combo with my wings and tenders dipped in sweet and sweet and spicy sauce.

The food is really good! The tenders are fresh. The bread is my favorite ever! I had a bad experience here in the past but the new management is great. Carlos was beyond amazing! He was beyond attentive and truly cares about customer service and making his restaurant phenomenal.!

Surprised to see so many others had such a bad experience. Our experience was the complete opposite - so good I had leave a review. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Not a speck of dust. This location is super clean. We dined in and had a pleasant meal. Food came out fast and hot. Maybe there’s new management now? Regardless, we’ll be returning.

First time here and very impressed with the service and extremely delicious food. Cheese curds- crispy outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. Fries seasoned to perfection no ketchup needed! I promise Grilled chicken sandwhich super juicy chicken moist , soft and flavorful! Definitely going back. Way better than raising canes!

I’m a huge fan of Zaxby’s chicken. I moved here from Houston a year ago, so when I heard Zaxby’s was opening nearby, I was honestly thrilled. My first visit, though, was a letdown — the fries were cold, and the boneless wings were so hard I couldn’t even eat them. I figured, okay, it’s a new location. Maybe the staff just needs time to get up to speed, and things will get better. Well, it’s been nine months. I went back today, hoping for a better experience. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal, and it was just as disappointing. The chicken was tough, almost like it was old and just reheated. The fries were cold again, and to top it off, I waited 15 minutes for my order — only to get it with no napkin in the bag. If I’m waiting that long, I expect the food to at least be fresh. Afte
