Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered the zenzation salad in the drive and once I got it home there was a long hair in it and it ruined my appetite I just ended up throwing it away. Completely disgusting will be talking to corporate

Food was fast, accurate and fresh. I loved my sensation wrap. The restaurant was also clean. I did not see in the map that there is also a gas station next door, so very convenient for a quick stop. I think there is a lot of construction right now and they are just getting things added to the map. Their new milkshakes are also delicious and my son lives the chicken bacon ranch fries.

Typically I order the asian zensation zalad but the last few times I ordered the asian sensation wrap meal, it's alot of food and the price is on point. I went Friday for lunch. I intended on beating the lunch rush but was aleady busy; not surprising since there's a meta plant with very little to choose from restaurant wise. I was ok waiting because I've never been disappointed. The staff was in sync like a well oiled machine doing the very best to serve the large crowd in a timely manner. The bathroom is always clean as is the lobby. All in all this is a great addition to Ellabell.

Placed an online order and still waited 25 minutes after the original pickup time. I understand there is a lot of customers at lunch time but the online order was supposed to be a convenient alternative to waiting, but instead I waited just as long or longer than dine in orders. The time before that I ordered inside and waited 45 mins. Tad bit ridiculous.

In have been to this location several times. Tonight was one of the worst visits. My order was incorrect. They did remake it. I went to get sweet tea and it was not sweet. I asked the cashier if there was any sweet tea he went a got some from the back I assume. When I tried the tea it was unsweetened. I asked the cashier again. Then the mer chimed it and said it was all the same. He then said they could only add 1 bag of sugar. I told the cashier and manager I have never had any issues with the sweet tea. Ended up paying for a 2 large drinks that I didn't get to drink
