Floors were soaking wet after being mopped, and not one wet floor sign to be seen. Almost slipped several times.
It's been a few years since my last visit and will probably be a few more years until the next one. I got the wings and things meal and while the tenders and fries were ok the traditional wings were VERY overcooked. They were dry and almost crispy. I also wish they had country gravy as a sauce option, like some of their competitors. Sorry Zax but swing and a miss today.
Food came out in less than 2 minutes and was hot and fresh! Fantastic service and everything was good! Will definitely consider coming back here in the future!
I don't eat at Zaxby's often but the last 2 times I've eaten there have been below average. Today I had the chicken finger plate. Let me say that they were extremely busy today. My chicken and fries were old and tasted horrible. The peach tea was delicious though. And the lady at the drive-thru was cordial. I'm not sure if I'll return.
