Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We Ordered 2 salads: The Blue Zalad ($8.69), The Cobb Zalad ($8.99). This was our 2nd time ordering salads here at the same location. Today the quantity of base lettuce was only 1/2 'normal'. The quantity in the bowl was barely covering the bottom. I spoke to the cashier and she was very polite and said she was not really sure of the 'normal' quantity, but would talk to the manager for me. Over 10 min later we are leaving... still no response from the manager. Manager 'finally' came to counter to hear my concern. I showed her pictures (see below) and how the lettuce barely covered the bottom. She did "not" apologize for the service or portion of lettuce. Her only comment to me was, "I will make note of that for our team." She did not offer me any type of compensation or even an apology. W

The vibes in Zaxby’s has a Southern feel. The service was very fast and efficient. The wings did not meet expectations. They were basic and also a little too wet. Overall, this chain is ok for a quick bite, but it wouldn’t make my recommend this to a friend list.

Placed an order through the app for curbside delivery. The app said approximately 11 minutes, which was the time it took me to drive to Zaxby’s. I proceeded to wait half an hour in the curbside spot after telling the app that I’m here, and had to go inside to get my order. When I went inside it wasn’t even sitting on a warmer, just the counter. My fries were cold. They didn’t give me sauce that I paid extra for (.25 cents each!) and instead of 5 normal sized chicken strips, they tried to give me 10 or so of the tiniest most burnt and pathetic excuses for chicken that I’ve ever seen.

Ordered to-go, ordered the club sandwich but got the signature sandwich which had some old dry chicken, no sauce, old fries and not to mention it wasn’t even what I ordered! Charging me more for the extra club toppings just to get the bare minimum. Shameful

Second time we have ordered the fried chicken salad for pick up only to arrive home and find there is NO CHICKEN on the salad. They either don’t answer the phone or don’t offer to remake and deliver our actual order. Very disappointing. Will not try again.
