Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This was our first time at a Zaxbys. We were pleased with the food and the service. We ordered chicken sandwiches, one by itself and one as a meal, with the add-on shrimp side for $3. Our food was fresh and hot. The sandwiches were very good. The chicken breast was tender, and the breading was nice and crisp. The regular fries were good. The seasoned fries were a little too salty for our taste, but to be fair, we generally eat a low sodium diet. The standout items were the shrimp, large and perfectly cooked, and peach tea. We both decided we'd get the shrimp meal next time. The restaurant is clean and well laid out. The restrooms are clean and handicap accessible. I recently visited Zaxby's and overall had a decent experience. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff members who were friendly and efficient in taking our orders and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. However, I was a bit disappointed with the food. While it was okay in terms of taste, I found it to be overly salty, which detracted from my enjoyment of the meal. It would be great if they could adjust the seasoning to make it more balanced. In summary, Zaxby's offers great service but could improve on the saltiness of their dishes for a more satisfying dining experience.

This place is new for the town of Columbia Ky. Love this restaurant! Staff are so nice and friendly. Smiles and a nice welcome to Zaxby’s as you walk in. The chicken is so delicious. I call it a kickin’ chicken lol lots of different flavors of dipping sauces. I always ask for some extra Zax sauce. It’s so good on there fries. I eat here at least three times a week. Once they were open.I enclosed pictures here when they were building this place. I could not wait for the grand opening. Yes I was there! Five Stars!

The moment you step into this new Zaxby's, you're welcomed by a vibrant and inviting atmosphere and staff. The modern and clean design creates an enjoyable space to savor some delectable foods. (as you have seen I have already) If you're on the hunt for mouthwatering chicken dishes with a large variety of flavor packed sauces in a welcoming environment, Zaxby's is the place to be.

Went here at 10:35am as soon as they opened. Ordered 2 chicken finger plates in tongue torch and 1 regular finger plate. The fries were fresh and hot but the chicken was tough and COLD! Very upsetting to spend $40 on cold food. Ordered drive-thru so didn't have the opportunity to complain about order. I won't spend anymore money at this place. If you want good Zaxby's make the drive to Bowlinggreen. If the location coming to Campbellsville is gonna be anything like this they won't get my money either. This is the 3rd time I've gotten cold food from this place but will be the last!
