Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Delicious! I recommend trying the fried pickles. We had a chicken sandwich and one with the straps inside with the spicier sauce. I liked the fries! The soda machine was one wherein had almost unlimited options. It was pretty good as far as fast food chicken goes. Didn't taste too greasy and felt ok quality! You need to ask for extra sauces at the cashier station as there aren't any available otherwise. Plenty of seating. Friendly staff. Clean tables. Lots of parking outside!

Just had an order delivered. They forgot one of my drinks and side of coleslaw. I called the store and spoke to a female manager. She was rude and said they did not forget but would check. After a few moments, said yes they forgot to send it with driver, but I would need to reach out to third party to reorder as they threw it out. I asked how it was drivers fault when they did not give it. She snapped back, I already told you need to talk to third party and hung up on me. I called back to get her name and when I asked what it was snapped back again, this is bordering on harassment and hung up. Trying to find out who you spoke to should not be a difficult task. The rudeness of her as well. Not sure how people become managers but I would notvreccommend her or store.General manager please res

The shakes are never consistent it’s annoying. One day i go in and it’s filled to the top the next day it’s half way with loads of whip. Why are they half fasting them? It’s not cheap. I ordered 3 and my aunt ordered 2 and they were not consistent! So annoyed. They are good but they could care less if it’s done correctly.

10’s across the board for logan! He was amazingly quick and so helpful. It was busy but he managed to keep a smile on his face! Will be coming back with my family!

The chicken is inedible. It is dry, chewy, and it wasn’t even tossed in the sauce. It looks like they put the sauce in the container then put the chicken on top. the toast I got is completely burnt on one side and the other side didn’t even touch the grill. The location doesn’t even have the excuse of being slammed with orders when they made my food, there was 1 other person in there when I walked in to pick it up. the best part of my zaxby’s experience is the watered down unsweetened iced tea.
