Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

went in, ordered, and then sat down for 30 minutes. didn't get my food, though i could see most of it sitting on the counter behind the register. it was just missing the shake i ordered. when i asked about it, they told me that it was a part of my order, but they couldn't give it to me. i was offered a refund, so i took it out of desparation. then they just tossed my mostly made order in the trash?? what the hell. i feel a little scammed tbh. guess i'm better off eatin' somewhere else.

The salad was decent enough but the service was spectacular. I didn't get the kid's name but he was very polite and helpful.

Great experience! Angel was very polite and kind. My food was cooked perfectly and the service was incredibly fast. Definitely a good Zaxbys to order from!

Best meal I’ve EVER HAD- maybe from any fast food restaurant. Fresh-perfect temperature- FAST SERVICE. Nice workers. I never leave reviews but someone is doing something right at this establishment. 10 out of 10.

I went through the drive-thru for lunch for myself and a coworker (separate orders) on January 15, 2026, around 1:00 p.m. I arrived back at the office with no receipts, no sauce, and the food was lukewarm. I assumed the receipts and sauces would be in the bag. Very disappointed.
