Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food is really good in my opinion. The bathrooms aren’t really clean. If you pickup your food there, it takes like 40 minutes… people who work there don’t show that they care a single bit!

Everyone was laughing when I pulled up and handed me my drink with soda going all over the cup. The food was pathetic. Chicken was to crunchy. The tenders were dry. I have never had a bad experience but this one here is crazy. I was only able to eat the fries and bread.

I gotta say I love how prices go up and the service quality just plummets!! Been to a lot of Zaxby’s, and as I’m in the drive thru I open the box to check my food and this is exactly how my meal was. I guess presentation or give a damn about how it’s put in the box is over with. Probably made the thing and then dropped it on the floor. Food was cold and just loved how the manager seemed to think it looked ok. Just ridiculous. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t eat at this one if I was you!! 👎🏼👎🏼

Ordered wings and things got wings and no tenders Ordered a large lemonade got a small lemonade with a large cup of ice also Ordered a chicken sandwich and got some kind of jerky .

This zaxbys is very unprofessional!! They are never consistent and never get your order correct. They always get your sauces and food wrong. If you respect yourself enough do not waste your money here.
