I was surprised by how crappy the food was at this place. people mention the salads, but it was one of the most boring salads I ever eaten, although the portion was solid. they are also supposedly famous for the milkshakes, but the flavors are very basic and it didn't taste good at all, as if it was mixed with crushed ice. overall the environment and the service makes up for it though.

This is my second time having Zaxbys. We don't have any in NJ and the first time I went they ran out of shrimp for the day. The quality of the food wasn't bad. However, the portion size is like a children's meal. In the advertisement the shrimp, fries and Texas toast must be propped on mini boxes inside the box. Not worth $11 and change. Captain D's was less than $8 and Bud's in FL offered a better deal.

I did a door dash and couldn't eat it. The wings were small and not done.The bread was burnt. The fries were ok. But I won't order again. I got a full refund.
