Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food was okay, just warm, not hot. It also took a while to get my order even though there were plenty of people working, at least five in the back and five in the front. There were several managers around too, but it still seemed like they were struggling to get orders out in a decent time. One of the managers (a Black male wearing a blue Zaxby’s sweater) came up yelling that he wasn’t approving an order because they had just received a big one, which felt really unprofessional and kind of killed the vibe. The whole atmosphere was just too much. It looked like the owner was even sitting in the lobby but didn’t step in or help at all. Overall, the experience just wasn’t great, slow service, lukewarm food, and not the best energy.

Dining room was empty when we came in and it was a mess! Staff behind the counter didn’t seem busy, just hanging out instead of cleaning up. Food was okay, but sitting in a dirty dining area was a real turn off!

I used the app to order dinner and arrived at the eta given by the app. The cashier greeted me promptly when I arrived and handed my order over immediately. It was hot and fresh, and prepared just as I ordered it. There was a nice young lady in the dining room working. She offered to grab a drink carrier for me. As I was leaving, she ran up and got the door for me! Great job Zaxby’s! This young lady, I don’t know her name, but she knows how to deliver customer service.

Zaxby’s has really good and well seasoned chicken tenders that would give Raising Canes a run for its money. I love there signature sauce and the lady working the register was so friendly. My only problem is the bathroom was nasty and the place could have been cleaner.

Worst experience!! Every employee there is super young and act like they don’t want to work! Messed up my order completely and over charged me by $15!! One car in front of us was sitting waiting for food at least 15 mins! Then the person behind us had to go inside and get their food since they forgot to give it to them at the drive thru! This location needs to get their act together!!!! I won’t be back!!!!
