Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This Zaxby’s salad was a solid meal. Fresh greens, crispy chicken, plenty of toppings, and that Texas toast on the side always hits. The portion is generous and the service was quick. A great option when you want something filling and fresh.

This had to be the worst experience I've had with Zaxby's. This location wasn't very busy. The cashier had no knowledge of the new menu items, didn't ask me if I wanted my chicken fried or grilled. Food temperature was barely warm along with very little sauce. Dining hall was a lawsuit waiting to happen, spills on the floor, the tea area had tea leaking all over the place. The door on the way out about knocked my partner over and hit my daughters head because how the door opens and closes. Tried to notify someone of this situation and never got acknowledged while I stood there to speak with someone, so I walked out. Overall y'all really need to get this locations act together or it's going to be shutdown.

One and done, I will not return. Not welcoming at all. Ordered a 4 piece tender meal and received 3 1/4 tenders. Took it to the counter and was given another tender. They did not include the Texas toast. Now I know why there are no cars in the parking lot. I don't want an apology because looking at the reviews nothing will change.

As I reviewed 1 month ago, that I would not be returning to purchase food from here as long as they kept a certain employee employed that arrogantly displays his disrespect towards the customers, and I have not been back, this is my first day back and I see this individual is still employed, since the owner of this local chain does not want to do anything about it, I guess I will have to take this corporate. Appreciate your lies of saying this issue would be handled. Good Luck To You All.

Had an absolutely horrible experience tonight at this location. Sat in the drive thru for over 35 minutes. Car behind me with a bigger order received theirs before I did. I watched about 5 cars leave after waiting to long for someone to even take their order. Employees were just standing around. Very bad attitudes. My chicken was cold and the food looked a mess. No napkins and no forks in my bag. Had to go inside for my sauces that I paid for. I frequent this location a lot and noticed that the service and food at night has gone down hill considerably.
