Came through drive through had an order for family of four, order all our wings extra heavy on sauce-they are dry
The quality of the meal tonight may be the worst I've eaten since they opened in Guntersville. I have never, I mean Nev-A, left food on a plate when eating here. But tonight I did. The quality of the chicken was rubbery; the fries were cold & over salted. It was bad. Boaz store hands down has the better food quality. UPDATE: They evidently read some reviews because the turnaround is acknowledged. Food is like it was when they opened in 2001ish. Much better! A+
I’m hate to be this person, I came in at 9:24pm on June 20th Friday I walked great costumer service love it. I order a number #1 big zax snack meal, my fries were cold like if they have been sitting for a good bit and my tenders I was hoping for fresh cooked tenders no hard tenders that look like they been dipped again I do not appreciate receiving cold food and I drove from Boaz and I’m sorry but that is unacceptable why will you give food like that out to the customers
Food and service here was good! Tables and chairs were wiped down and clean! Overall good experience!
My only complaint is that the employees need to learn how to make toast. Warm bread is not toast
