Don't believe the pricing estimates on the website for tax returns. They nickel & dime you on every form, even forms that aren't required to be submitted (below the reporting threshold). Nevermind that the original refund estimate I received was 30% of what was owed, and I had to walk the employee through why it was wrong. I should've just paid H&R Block online, as I got no additional value from using this company. Definitely not recommended, nor will I ever use again.

So I bring my taxes in to be filed, after already calling to verify the hours they’re open. The girl tells me there’s no guarantee they’ll be filed by the dead line. I understand that it’s 4 days prior, but it’s an easy return to file and still within the deadline. I’m a single mom with one dependent. How hard is it? If my laptop didn’t break I would’ve filed myself. And nonetheless, why would a business have a sign advertising that they do tax returns, if there was no guarantee they could perform the service??? Not coming back here.

Great overall experience! My 2021 tax return was completed by the ZFS team in less than 48 hours and individualized customer service was unbeatable. I would strongly recommend.
