Zao Asian Cafe

Food was good and service was helpful. The only complaint was how dark the restaurant itself was (much darker then my pictures show), but that's pretty minor.

I love zao and this is a great location! My favorite is the salad with chicken and vinaigrette. The soup and rice bowls are delicious too!

My husband and I tried this place out for the first time today and we were so happy with our experience! They give you SO much food for your money, and offer take out containers if you have left overs (which I definitely did). Everything was super fresh, and I loved that you can customize each entree option completely to your taste! I had the chicken rice bowl which was fabulous, and my husband had the yakisoba noodles with steak and he was really happy as well. The staff were incredibly kind and the cashier was especially friendly and professional. The restaurant was also quite clean and well kept. We will be back!

I placed an order accidentally at another location and when I came into this location and they didn't have an order ready I realized my mistake. The manager was so nice and said she'd make my order I just needed to call to cancel at the other location. When I called they told me I needed to send an email. I told this to the lady making my new order and she said she would call and take care of it for me. Very understanding and kind! I will definitely come back to this location! Thanks for giving your customers awesome service! And Zao is delicious! I'm so excited for the location to be built near me in Tooele County! I highly recommend steak salad with lettuce, rice noodles, chili lemongrass dressing, all the toppings and add jalapeño! Yumm 😋
