Zaky Mediterranean Grill

Very very disappointed I been ordering chicken all the time from that restaurant and it was one of the best chicken rich flavor and seasoned today I ordered doordash delivery same order as every time! And I was shocked! I received 1/2 chicken “ costco Rotisserie Chicken” not the chicken I uSed to get it from that restaurants! And here’s two pics the old chicken i used to get vs what I got today! a whole grocery store $5 Rotisserie chicken! Very unprofessional and def won’t order from you guys again!!!!

Yikes! I ordered a salad with chicken on top to go, and was the only customer in the restaurant, but it took 32 minutes for my order to be ready. I couldn’t be late to pick up my class (I’m a teacher) so I asked to pick it up later (in about 2 hours.) They were only working on just my order. There were no online orders or in person orders being prepared. I could see the woman at the grill and she was moving so slowly I thought she might be a mannequin at one point. The young woman at the counter kept saying mine was ready, it was ready, it’s ready, but it wasn’t. I had already paid $18.67 for a soggy salad with 4 chunks of chicken on top. It was just ok. I should have just left without the food. It wasn’t worth being late to class.

Find a better driver please. This old man open his door and slam it to our car. And his face is like he used to doing that for hundred of time. So rude.

Apologies, you made my favorite food taste bad. The chicken was an odd texture, rubber and soft. Stuff was fine and the atmosphere is OK. But I was sorely disappointed, and the portion sizes for sides were tiny like a tablespoon of tabouli. Why even offer 3 sides?
