Came at late night. Got a veggie lentil soup with beans, garlic and onion. Garlic naan and special Indian tea were good too! Found a Little Rock in the bottom of crafted plate. Luckly didn't crack my wisdom tooth. Cashier was loudly on phone every time. Spent $22. Tatyanuska will approve my bill!

My favorite aaloo tiki, butter chicken with garlic naan, goat curry and so many more yummy dishes. My family really enjoyed that food today. My son complemented by saying “ best Indian food in town.” Thank you for excellent food and best service. Love this place ❤️❤️.

Ordered goat curry. For $18.99 I wanted at least SOME meat, not bones, fat, and scraps. I tasted the curry and it didn't even taste good, just bitter and bland. Then I was hassled about trying to get my money back. Didn't get it. Apparently $18.99 gets you one piece of meat, you have to pay more if you want more. Mistake

I had chicken bones in my curry. Nothing better than eating a curry and then biting into some bone marrow! Edited to add - the owner explains that sharp bone shards are part of the flavor. If you don't like a choke hazard, you should choose something else. Durp! Not our fault. Everyone knows people should be well versed on fishing out bone shards in their dish. It's not like curry is opaque and hard to see what's inside. Also, it's not the restaurant's fault! As a paying customer, I thank you for your choke hazards! 😵

I tried so hard to love this place due to how close it is from my house, but I really can't justify the pricing at this establishment. I've been here at least 3 separate times, and their chicken has always been dry with no flavor. The 2nd time, the curry was super watery. They also charge separately for the rice (rice is always included at other *close by* Indian restaurants). I'd recommend others to try the other Indian restaurants in Ankeny or DSM, they will have better quality food for lower price. *edit* - First, I never said you are required to give out free rice, it's an observation I'm pointing out to fellow customers that may not know rice is usually included in other restaurants nearby and that you do things differently (just made the correction in my original post by adding *cl
