Zack's Burgers and Shakes

This is my first time going here. I was looking for a chili dog and they came up in my google search and they have many other food choices that are probably great.....however, their chili tasted canned and they claim its homemade. Really? Little to zero beef, no tomato sauce just a beef gravy. The presentation was a joke. The onion rings were burnt to a crisp so I had them remake them and at that point they were ok but just a poor onion ring production. The vanilla milk shake was good but, again, totally processed, nothing I had was made in house. Im not going back but dont let stop you from giving them a try.

Zacks is now near Berlin train station. Some of the pics on Google reviews show old location. Blue booths are from the new location. The staff is friendly and food arrived in a quickly. I ordered the burger and onion rings. The reviews online and local news outlets were accurate . Definitely a 4 napkin burger and was delicious! My wife tried the turkey burger on lettuce bun.The herb/mayo sauce was mild and delicious. I would come back again! Small space with great food.

Cozy burger joint with a good selection of food available. The burger is fresh and ground formed, not frozen, pre-formed patties, with fresh toppings. Cooked perfectly and juicy with a good sear. The Chicago dog was freshly topped with a choice of all beef or a beef/pork mix. They also have a really good price for the quality you receive. With friendly staff and a good product, I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in the area! Items eaten: The High Road Burger Chicago Dog Rootbeer

Overall place looks kinda crowded since you walk in there. Atmosphere was decent. Girls who were servicing were awesome, very helpful. Burgers..kinda like regular burgers, nothing fancy about it. Fresh veggies tho. I really liked the milkshake there, with whipped cream and cherry on top, really good. Fries were very crispy, but oily. You could smell that burned oil. Not really enjoyed them.
