I ordered books, something I needed urgently, but the order was never shipped. Despite reaching out multiple times via email, I haven’t received any answers. I also noticed other reviews mentioning the same issue, so it seems they’re experienced in providing this kind of poor service. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I’ll have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Stay away from this company—they’re unreliable and untrustworthy!

Don't buy on their online store! I purchased a book (sefer), they claimed to have it shipped, but it wasn't shipped until I disputed my card, they didn't respond to emails and phone calls. I called up the HQ, they told me that their online depot is not able to handle sales.
